The Terrace Grill and Terrace Grill Lounge recently unveiled some new menu items, especially creative and tempting appetizers and side dishes, while maintaining many old favorites, even bringing one of them back. However, putting something on the menu does not tell any of the story of passion and effort that went into creating this menu.
For months, our Chef and our Director of Food and Beverage have tasted food, tested recipes, but more importantly, challenged vendors and purveyors to provide better quality, more earth-friendly products, more humanely raised and farmed animals and seafood, and food with better flavor and freshness. We have stopped using some vendors because they could not meet our higher quality standards.
You will notice the differences, some subtle, but some significant, in every bite and taste.
Some of our "bites" are not only newly offered, but are conceptually different than in our prior menus. You will find an expanded selection of appetizers, and a broad array of interesting and very flavorful side dishes, most large enough to share. The purpose behind offering all these new options was not just to tempt you with new taste sensations, but to give you the freedom to dine how you wanted, not how we decided. Create your own dinner with an appetizer and two sides or select an appetizer and an entrée or an entrée and one or more side dishes, or order an appetizer and four sides for the two of you and share them all. You now have the power to decide how to dine, what you receive, and how large or small your dinner will be. This is dining as it should be enjoyed and is much more focused on you and your preferences.
